Being the first is something many aspire to be, no matter what area of life we are talking about. When you’re in college, you want to be first in your class. When you begin your trek up the corporate ladder, there is a good chance you dreamed that one day you would become the youngest C.E.O. in company history.

First to own a house in your family, youngest to start a business. While a lot of hoopla comes with achieving a goal before anyone else and a record pace, the reality of your new situation can come at you quickly. It takes someone smart with a lack of fear to rise to the top when many doubted the feat could happen. Hope Wiseman fits that mold.
