This is a result of a traffic stop that happened early December that found Patrick facing a misdemeanor drug charge.<\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\"159\">Per <a href=\"http:\/\/bleacherreport.com\/articles\/2750546-georgia-lb-natrez-patrick-wont-play-vs-oklahoma-after-entering-drug-program\">Bleacher Report\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\"161\">\n<p data-reactid=\"162\"><em>According to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/uga.rivals.com\/news\/patrick-to-enter-treatment-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Anthony Dasher<\/a>\u00a0of UGASports.com, Patrick&#8217;s hearing was Thursday, and he agreed to enter the rehabilitation program instead of spending 30 days in jail.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\"166\"><em>We resolved his probation violation today,&#8221; William Healan III, his attorney, said, per Schlabach. &#8220;Natrez is getting some treatment right now, and we&#8217;re glad we&#8217;ve put this behind him. We&#8217;re looking forward to his future.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\"167\"><em>Healan also confirmed Patrick will not play in the Rose Bowl.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\"168\"><em>Patrick was facing potential dismissal from the team since he was also suspended as a freshman in 2015 for a marijuana arrest and was suspended four games following misdemeanor marijuana charges in October, according to Schlabach.\u00a0However, sources told Schlabach that Patrick &#8220;can return to the team next season if he stays out of off-field trouble.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\"169\"><em>Patrick\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cfbstats.com\/2017\/player\/257\/1070743\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tallied<\/a>\u00a035 tackles in his junior season as Georgia won the SEC title and reached the College Football Playoff.
