Recently, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cashcolorcannabis.com\/2018\/12\/17\/new-york-gov-andrew-cuomo-says-legalizing-cannabis-is-one-of-his-top-legislative-priorities-for-2019\/\">Gov.
